Two ways to work together. Both include the same attorney-led guidance and comprehensive search. Choose between staged pricing or full comprehensive coverage.
Phase 1
Search and Opinion Letter
A comprehensive clearance search of the USPTO trademark database, federal and state records, common law sources, business name databases, and domains — followed by a formal written legal opinion letter with findings and my recommendation. Includes an up to 30-minute consultation to discuss the results if needed. Billed before the search begins.

Phase 2
Application Preparation and Filing
Strategic drafting of your goods and services description, preparation of your USPTO application, and filing. Includes support for non-substantive office actions at no additional cost. Includes up to 2 scheduled follow-up calls (up to 15 minutes each) throughout the process. Billed before the application is prepared. USPTO filing fee of $350/class is due at filing and billed separately.

Statement of use (ITU only)

Attorney fee (1 class) + $150/class USPTO fee billed separately.
SOU extension (ITU only)

Attorney fee per extension + $125/class USPTO fee billed separately.
Not included in any phase:
- Representation in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), including oppositions, cancellations, or appeals
- Handling of third party matters including, but not limited to, drafting and/or responding to cease and desist letters
- Drafting and recording trademark assignments
- Any government filing fees
